Executive Assistant

We currently have a compelling career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the delivery of client solutions by partnering with colleagues on various administrative, time entry, communications, and billing needs. You will manage scheduling and calendars for the team, both internally and with clients, communicating effectively and proactively managing any conflicts. You will assist in the maintenance of client solution templates and databases to keep internal processes moving efficiently and effectively. You will assist the COO with monthly billing and invoicing with the ability to track budgets and resolve discrepancies. You will coordinate travel as the need arises. 

Business Capabilities:

  • Experience required: 

    • A minimum of a High School Diploma, or GED equivalent and 5 years of directly related experience required OR

    • A minimum of an Associate Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience OR

    • 4+ years of military training/experience

  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint) with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent team player with proven ability to build and maintain relationships while also comfortable working independently

  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
