We currently have a compelling career opportunity for an Associate to join our team. 


In this role, you will support the delivery of innovative, high quality and effective client solutions by partnering with colleagues to research various rewards-related topics, model employee rewards programs and prepare client presentations. You will perform comparative analyses of employee rewards, executive compensation and Board of Director pay, as well as both short- and long-term incentive plans and other rewards topics. You will participate in client calls and meetings, helping to facilitate client relationships and interactions. 

Business Capabilities:

  • 1-3 years of post-collegiate quantitative / data & analytics or compensation experience required

  • Excellent MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
