Consultant

We currently have a compelling career opportunity for a Consultant to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and serve as a key member of the team to support the delivery of innovative, high quality and effective client solutions. You will supervise the day-to-day interaction with the client as well as the internal engagement team. You will also perform comparative analyses of employee rewards, executive compensation and Board of Director pay, as well as both short- and long-term incentive plans and other rewards topics.

Business Capabilities:

  • 2-5 years of total rewards/compensation or related experience

  • Excellent MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent at building positive relationships with employees and clients

  • Ability to lead multiple projects, utilizing tech-enabled solutions to enhance workflows

  • Ability to use statistical methods and data analysis to design and implement efficient, and effective executive and employee rewards strategies and programs

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation plan designs, strategies, and principles

  • Executive compensation experience in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
