We currently have a compelling career opportunity for a Director to join our team. 


In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues, manage projects and serve as the day-to-day client account contact to support the delivery of innovative, high quality and effective client solutions. As a Director, you will manage the development of comparative analyses of employee rewards, executive compensation, Board of Directors pay, short-term and long-term incentive plans and other rewards topics. You will supervise the work of internal engagement teams, as well as contribute to the development of colleagues and firm initiatives. You will contribute to firm marketing and intellectual property activities including speaking engagements, articles and blogs. You may conduct and/or support analyses, as required.

Business Capabilities:

  • 4-7 years of total rewards/compensation or related experience

  • Excellent MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Executive and Board Room compensation experience and understanding of Technology and/or Life Sciences industries

  • Excellent at building positive relationships with employees and clients

  • Track record of mentoring and developing colleagues

  • Ability to lead multiple projects, utilizing tech-enabled solutions to enhance workflows

  • Ability to design and implement efficient and effective executive and employee rewards strategies and programs

  • Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
